§ 54-200. Applicability.

(a)

The regulations set forth in this article shall apply to all lands and waters within the incorporated area of the city and subject to the jurisdiction of the city commission. No final development order or final development permit shall be issued unless in accordance with the provisions of this article. In order to develop land, the requirements of this article shall be met and the procedures set forth in this article shall be followed.

(b)

This article is supplemental to and does not supersede any applicable state statutes and regulations.
