§ 28. Powers granted by this act and general state law vest in commission; exercise of same.

Latest version.

All powers granted by this act [Laws of Fla., ch. 9875(1923)] and by the general law applicable to said city, except as otherwise provided in this act, or by the constitution, are vested in the city commission, and the city commission shall by ordinance or resolution, as may be proper for the exercise of such powers, prescribe the manner in which such powers shall be exercised.
