§ 2. New municipality established; right of perpetual succession, use of common seal.

  • That all the inhabitants comprehended within the limits of the territory hereinafter described shall be and are hereby constituted a municipal corporation, as a body politic and corporate, under and by the name of the City of Palatka, and as such shall have perpetual succession and shall have and use a common seal and change the same as [at] its pleasure.
