§ 54-164. Powers of city commission in respect to fund.

The city commission may spend moneys from the economic development fund, directly or indirectly, and the city commission may, within its discretion, make available all or part of such fund to the county development authority, to be used by such authority solely for the purposes set forth in this article and subject to such supervision, accounting and regulation as the city commission may see fit to impose.
