§ 54-148. Adoption of water and wastewater impact fee study.

The city commission hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the study entitled "City of Palatka, Florida, Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Study" dated as of February, 2007, prepared by Public Resources Management Group, Inc., including the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such study as to the determination of anticipated costs of the additions to the city water system required to accommodate growth. The water and wastewater impact fee study is attached as appendix E.
