§ 54-145. Individual calculation of law enforcement impact fees.

(a)

In the event law enforcement impact construction involves a land use not contemplated under the law enforcement impact fee land use categories set forth in section 54-141 herein, the city manager shall determine the impact to be generated by the proposed law enforcement impact construction and shall calculate the appropriate law enforcement impact fee utilizing the methodology contained in the law enforcement impact fee study. The city manager shall utilize as a standard in this determination the impact assumed in the most similar law enforcement impact fee land use category or any other generally accepted standard source of planning and cost impact analysis.

(b)

In the event a law enforcement impact construction involves more than one law enforcement impact fee land use category, the city manager shall calculate the law enforcement impact fee based upon the impact to be generated by each separate law enforcement impact fee land use category included in the proposed law enforcement impact construction.
