§ 54-140. Adoption of law enforcement impact fee study.

Latest version.

The city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, the study entitled "City of Palatka Law Enforcement Impact Fee Study," dated November, 2006, prepared by Government Services Group, Inc., including the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such study as to the determination of anticipated costs of the additions to the city law enforcement system required to accommodate growth. The law enforcement impact fee study is attached hereto as appendix D.
