§ 46-83. Violations; penalty.

Any minor violating the provisions of this division shall be dealt with in accordance with the juvenile court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this division shall, after having been previously notified under section 46-87, be punished as provided in section 1-10 for each offense.
